Admission: Free to NYFC members, $25 for non-members, $15 for students and seniors (65+) at the door. Proof of vaccination is required and must be shown at entry (as per NYC’s indoor public activities requirements), and all members of the audience must wear masks.
Ebonee Thomas is currently the second flute and piccolo of the Dallas Opera. She has previously served as principal flute of the Knoxville Symphony and Florida Grand Opera and second flute of the Houston Symphony. Ms. Thomas spends her summers as a flutist with the Central City Opera in Colorado. She has also been guest principal with the Seattle, Fort Worth, and San Antonio Symphonies and the Santa Fe Opera. She maintains a full studio from beginners through adults and also serves on the faculty at Dallas College at Brookhaven in Dallas, Texas. She received her bachelor of music degree from Southern Methodist University, her master of music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music, and completed a four-year fellowship with the New World Symphony.
